A 'Kedai Permata' i.e jewellery shop owned by the 'Sultan' i.e the King, located in the middle of Jewellery Centre in Georgetown, is available to let. Hmm, now I know how to contact the Sultan thru his handphone! Who said Malaysia is not transparent? Even the King's handphone no is available to the public.
