After work, i attended the Famous Street Food Fest at the Upper Penang Road. As usual the 'hawker food' available were popiah, ban chean kuih, or kuih, chai kuih, lobak, pasembur, chee cheong fun, penang rojak, noodled like asam laksa, hokkien mee, kway teow th'ng, wanton mee, satay. Ah.. the usual penang street food.
The only different for this food fest is the 'branding' i.e the ever 'famous' food.
When you are in Penang, you will notice that all the hawkers stall name started with "Famous" then followed by maybe the location or the type of food!
